Truck Repair and Maintenance
The service division is the technical heart of SW Trans GmbH. We repair and maintain commercial vehicles of all leading European brands: MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Volvo, DAF, Iveco, Renault Trucks. Our production facility includes four repair bays, a diagnostics area, a tire service station, and our own spare parts warehouse.
We work on chassis, braking systems, engines, transmissions, electrical, and pneumatic systems. We perform computerized diagnostics of any complexity, including WABCO, Knorr-Bremse, and Bosch systems. We repair in our workshop and also provide on-site assistance — mobile teams are deployed along major highways and reach breakdown sites in an average of 45–60 minutes.
In the past three years, more than 1,500 trucks have passed through our service center. We understand that every hour of downtime means direct losses for the carrier. Therefore, our processes are designed to diagnose a fault in 30 minutes and perform standard repairs on the same day.
Service Offerings
From diagnostics to major overhauls — everything your truck needs, all in one place.
How We Work:
Step 1 — Request
You submit a request by phone, messenger, the website form, or in person. You describe the symptoms or request scheduled maintenance. The service advisor asks clarifying questions to understand the scope of work. For mobile service calls, we clarify your location and the estimated arrival time of the team.
Step 2 — Diagnostics
The vehicle enters the bay, or for on-site calls, the mechanic sets up diagnostic equipment at your location. Computer diagnostics of all electronic systems take up to 30 minutes. A mechanical inspection takes another 15–20 minutes. At the end, you receive a precise list of identified faults, indicating the criticality of each: what requires immediate repair and what can wait until the next service.
Step 3 — Estimate and Approval
Based on the diagnostics, we prepare a written estimate. It includes a list of operations, the hourly labor rate, parts prices (with options: original, quality aftermarket, remanufactured), and the total cost. We send the estimate for your approval in a convenient way. While you make your decision, the vehicle remains in the bay — no wheels are removed, and not a single bolt is turned.
Step 4 — Repair
After your written confirmation, mechanics begin work. The timeline depends on complexity: standard operations are performed the same day, while major component repairs take from one to three working days. At any stage, you can wait in our customer area or receive photo reports via messenger. If hidden defects not found during diagnostics are discovered, we immediately inform you, propose a solution, and agree on a revised estimate before proceeding.
Step 5 — Handover and Warranty
The repaired vehicle undergoes a final inspection: engine test, system checks on the stand, and a short test drive if necessary. You receive the vehicle with a package of documents: a certificate of completion, a list of replaced parts, a 12-month warranty card, and recommendations for your next service. You drive out of the bay in a fully operational vehicle with a written warranty in the glove box.
Step 6 — Feedback
We don't consider the job done the moment the vehicle leaves the bay. A few days after the repair, the service advisor contacts you to ensure everything is working correctly, with no unusual noises or issues. If you have questions, we answer them and, if necessary, invite you for a free follow-up inspection. It is at this stage that the client realizes they have found a service they can return to. And they do.
